I wasn't sure of these at first wear because I'm used to a lighter weight shoe. But I wanted something for winter walks and winter beach combing (wet rocks.) Within a couple of days, I was in love with these. And yesterday I did the beach combing thing and they came home a little muddy and we're pals. Very sturdy with the loose toe box fit I want in walking shoes. I thought they might be loose in the heel but they actually fit fine. All leather, inside and out. Beautifully made, as one would expect of Keen. I've worn their light weight Whisper Sandals (summer walking) and more serious Newport sandals for summer mountain/stream trail hiking for years and love them. The soles of these Keen shoes reminds me of the Newports. Very glad I bought them!I’m a photographer for a living and my summer shoe of choice is Chaco due to durability and comfort. Wearing a shoe through rough terrain for 6-9 hours a day narrows choices. But these Keens are the perfect Fall/Winter shoe.Typically after shooting a wedding my feet ache the next day and after wearing these, my feet felt completely fine.Very nice quality shoe that I expect to last! Good job Keen!At first I was shocked at how narrow the shoe was. I wore them for a day and they hurt my feet really bad. I had to leave them very loose. Now that I’ve worn them they are broken in and I can tie them more snug and they are very comfortable.Very comfortable, soft leather. No arch support, but over all what I expected.I really liked the color and the look of these shoes. They fit really well and I broke them for the first time on long walks in New Orleans on a 4 day trip. No problem and my feet felt great!I'd previously purchased these shoes in tan and was delighted to find them online in black. I wear them ALL the time - very cute, very comfortable - never want to take them off!Love my Keen shoes, so when I found these at a good price, I grabbed them. Fit as stated and I'm very happy with themI like the tread and the firm foothold when I wear these, however, the leather is cheap, the cut is coarse and they are not comfortable laced up on the top of my foot. Cant figure it out...do not even feel like the quality that Keen has always delivered.I have wide feet 6.5 US, I ordered 8US because due to reviews I was worry it'll be too narrow and it's OK, little longer. There's no arch support so no recommendation for persons with arch pain. Top leather is pretty soft.These shoes are excellent summer shoes.I love the fit and the color is amazing.
