I have been looking for a pair of capris sweats for quite some time. I wanted to replace a pair my husband had got me years ago that just fit right (you know what I mean!) These have a thick waist band (2 inches) and the elastic is separately sewn in three sections so it does not roll. I HATE sweats that have that skinny piece of elastic that looks so cheap and old school. These sit low too-below the belly button almost even with the hip bones so they have a slouchy cute look. I was SO impressed with the quality even though I was not wanting a nylon pant these are thick like terry and they don't cling weirdly to your underwear in the backside. I totally love these so much I bought them in two more colors! I plan on wearing them out as a casual capris as well as lounging in them. Oh I almost forgot! The elastic around the calf is not really an elastic band but a vertical running cuff with flexing (like what you get in some wrist cuffs) It doesn't cause that elastic band mark nor does it make the pant ride up the calf. I am impressed with this company-I have bought a couple of their yoga shirts too and they have lasted me over 6 months already.
