Bought these boots as a gift for my mother that has severely debilitating rheumatoid arthritis. Its VERY difficult to purchase shoes for her...let alone boots. She's had unsuccessful reconstructive surgery on her feet further complicating things. This boot was great because it zips all way down to arch allowing for easy placement of foot into boot. It's soft seamless leather material covering the forefoot/toe area allows for maximum comfort and minimal irritation of herswollen misaligned balls of feet and toes. The boot is stylish and doesn't look like your typical orthopedic shoe. Very pleased with this product.
