I got size medium and I’m 5’4 125lbs and it fits great. If you’re taller the legs do have a little extra length to them. I anticipate it will shrink a little in the wash because I have a medium of this same brand in the non-fleece style and it shrank a little bit to be perfect. I’ll try update after I’ve run it through the laundry.UPDATE: I washed and dried the sweatpants and they shrunk a little just as expected. But they fit perfectly and are flattering. The picture is after they were washed (once again these are size medium).
